Level of Magical Illusion
The Level of Impossibility addresses the
logic of what is going on. It requires the
consciousness of the observer to realize
that what has transpired is impossible.
Here, we wish to discuss that magic can
appear to happen before the eyes of the
spectator when little conscious thought is
needed. An example is objects that float in
the air without apparent support. Even if
the audience believes the object is
supported by threads, the audience can
still feel the awe of such a thing happening.

A goal of this section is to show a
difference between impossibility and what I
will call here, real time magical illusion. A
  marked coin disappearing and appearing
in a nest of boxes generates awe in a
logical sense. It seems impossible. A
floating object, however, generates awe for
it seems magical even if the audience can
discern some not seen support. However,
it appears magical "right now" or in real
time. Let's look at a couple examples of
where such similar effects are
accomplished outside of the realm of
magic.

The first consists of some jugglers I

form a solid bridge between the two
performers. The bridge seemed to be
formed of clubs that spun in one place to
