This
rough picture shows how the six cards are held. Because there
are coins in each card, the cards will not lie flat on each
other. The cards are held as a deck of cards but the thumb and
first or second finger squeeze the edges near the audience together.
Since the audience sees the edges of six cards and only the
top of the stack, they believe the stack is normal. The left
thumb can push off one card at a time during the routine. |
