About this Magazine

The purpose of this magazine is to provide information about magic. This is to be done in three different ways. First there are to be demonstrations of magic. Then a goal is to provide discussions on magic theory. And another goal is to draw the reader's attention to interesting things in the magic community. Initially the focus will be on close up without burying the reader with a lot of card tricks. Eventually, stand up or parlor things will be discussed.

This magazine will attempt to appeal to expert magicians and those new to the craft. There are two parts to this plan. First, there is to be a mix of articles. Second, articles aimed at newbies will start light and accelerate to end with some advanced stuff.

Another goal is to enable regular magicians to participate. To this end submissions of almost any kind related to magic are invited. Also, ideas different from previous articles are welcome. If you can express that idea in an acceptable manner, fire away. If you prepare an article, let me know and we will see if we can get in. As all this is new, I am not sure how it will all fit together.

If you are an artist as well as a magician and would like to find a place for your art, that would be interesting. We can discuss that also.
